Deposits for all hired parties & events are Non-Refundable!

We always ask that customers try and plan an event for non-rainy days. In the event of rain, your hired event has an opportunity to reschedule. 

Raptor Events Florida reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment in full is not received within (7) business days of the party or event. 

No Refunds will be given out unless unexpected rain happens or if Raptor Events Florida has to cancel for an unexpected reason!

WE STRONGLY URGE ALL CUSTOMERS TO MONITOR THE WEATHER!

We do not partake in Dino parties when it's raining. The Dino cannot get wet!

If unexpected rain occurs, and the party must shut down, you will have the option to reschedule your party for another date and time! You will NOT be charged another deposit fee!
