deposit & payment policy!

A Non-Refundable 50% Deposit* is due to SECURE your hired date & time!

Depending on the Dino session you choose (30, 60, or 90-Minutes), you must put down a 50% deposit. All deposits (non-refundable)* are due within 24-Hours after you receive your E-mail booking agreement.

The remaining balance due CAN BE PAID AT ANY TIME but is EXPECTED on or before (7) days from your party event date.

All customers will receive a reminder e-mail with your balance due. If the remaining balance due is not received, Raptor Events Florida has the right to cancel said hired event for the date and time you requested!

* In the event that you (the customer), has to cancel your designated party date and time, your deposit will not be refunded! Your deposit will be applied towards another party date & time of your choice.

* Your NEW date and time all depends on Raptor Events Florida's availability.
