Parking policy!🚚

Raptor Events Florida requires adequate parking within 100 feet of the event location. In the event there is no adequate vehicle access, parking, and/or dinosaur access to the location is not available, Raptor Events Florida reserves the right to cancel and leave the event venue with no refund!  

Adequate parking has the following criteria:

1. Access to and from the parking area must have sufficient turning space. We require at least a 60 foot wide space to turn the truck and trailer around 180 degrees.
2. Access to and from the parking area must be close with no obstacles in the way.
3. Depending on the trailer used, we need between 55' feet and 65' feet to park and unload the Dino props.
4. Raptor Events Florida staff will attempt to access parking no more than 15 minutes. After that, we reserve the right to cancel the event or require additional compensation.
5. Raptor Events Florida staff has final say in determining if the parking area is adequate. If no suitable alternative is available, the Raptor Events Florida staff reserves the right to cancel the event with no refund.
