cancellation policy!

Deposits are Non-Refundable! In the event of rain, your hired event has an opportunity to reschedule. Raptor Events Florida reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment in full is not received within (7) business days of the event.

In addition, Raptor Events Florida reserves the right to cancel and or leave an event if there is hostility, foul language, abuse of alcohol or drugs. If Raptor Events Florida determines there is any such risk of injury to its staff or damage to its property, then they will pack up and leave the party.

If damages occur to Raptor Events Florida's property (Dino costume or vehicle) while at an event by the host of the party or any of its guests, the host of the party will be held financially responsible.

In the event there is no adequate vehicle access, parking, and/or dinosaur access to the location is not available, Raptor Events Florida reserves the right to cancel and leave the event at once!
